You may request to postpone a service appointment up to 48 hours in advance by contacting us. If a service is canceled with sufficient notice, you may receive a reimbursement of fees or apply the fee toward a future appointment within 30 days.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no reimbursement will be issued due to our allocation of technical resources. Custom design and development services are non-reimbursable once work has commenced, as these engagements involve dedicated personnel and materials.

3. Information Products

Our digital guides, video tutorials, and online courses on AI household devices are delivered via secure download links. All sales of information products are final, except in cases of defective or inaccessible content. If you experience a delivery issue or defective file, please request a replacement copy or a refund within 30 days of purchase. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Goods

Physical devices and accessories for AI household automation are covered by manufacturer warranty and our satisfaction standards. You may claim a reimbursement within 14 days of delivery if the goods are in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back. Upon receipt and inspection, approved reimbursements will be issued. Alternatively, you may request an exchange or equivalent item transfer.

No reimbursement or exchange will be granted for goods that show visible damage from misuse or alteration. Warranty claims for hardware malfunctions are handled directly through the device manufacturer under their specific terms.

5. Refund Policy

Lumitavorion aims to ensure client satisfaction across all offerings. Approved reimbursements will be issued through the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval.
